Jane Cobden
Jan Marsh says that Jane was friends with Jane Cobden (1851-1947) a leading suffragist and free trade publicist, though here she is shown with her sister Annie (1853-1926) who was a leading socialist and one of the first militant suffragettes to be imprisoned in 1906. In Jane's later life, Jan Marsh also mentions Marie Spartali Stillman (who she says had also been in love with Rossetti) , Philip Webb (who I suspect was in love with her) and the de Morgan's. She also stood by Algernon Swinburne and used to visit him regularly. She was still friends with Georgie.
